This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made through Cortex IQ.
Cortex IQ provides digital access to test results, cognitive-style profiles, and related online content. Because digital content may be delivered immediately after purchase, payments for completed purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
If you believe you were charged by mistake, experienced a technical issue that prevented access to your purchased results, or have another billing concern, please contact us at support@cortexa.one. We will review your request and may issue a refund at our discretion where appropriate.
If the service includes a trial or recurring subscription, the billing terms will be shown before purchase. You may cancel your subscription according to the instructions provided on the website or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future subscription charges but does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed.
Refund requests should include the email address used for the purchase, the date of payment, and a brief explanation of the issue. We may ask for additional information to verify the transaction.
Nothing in this Policy limits any consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
